All practitioners are qualified and receive year-round training specific to the different brands.

Our ambassador

Since 2018, we have been supporting the high level athlete, Stéphane Tourreau, 2016 freediving world vice-champion and ambassador of the establishment for the past 2 years. A partnership to support this champion through his discipline but also to open up to it and to better highlight our exceptional environment. Water is a powerful energy and a symbol of connection that links us with Stéphane Tourreau. Chef Eric Prowalski worked with Stéphane Tourreau to elaborate a starter, a main course and a dessert for a well-being and easy digestion. The chef invites you to a delicious dive into the depths of the lake. Discover these dishes from the first week of July on the Summer Menu of the Gastronomic Restaurant La Rotonde des Trésoms. The business clientele is offered a conference by Stéphane Tourreau. This one allows a real reflection on the objectives and the letting go.
